Clients retain us for strategic legal counsel at the ownership level. We do not bill by the hour. We do not show up late. We stay close to the work and make sure the right conversations happen early.

It starts with a conversation. If there is mutual fit, we move forward with a full legal review of your business: structure, risk, control, agreements, and exposure. Your investment for that review is $7,500 and it gives us the clarity we need to scope your engagement and set your monthly Availability Retainer Plus fee.

Monhtly retainer fees are based on revenue, complexity, and involvement, and typically range from $5,000 to $50,000 per month. You are not paying for time. You are paying for access, alignment, and judgment.

We help you structure deals, protect control, coordinate with your tax and financial team, and spot risk before it turns into cost. When outside counsel or specialists are needed, we bring the right people in and stay involved.

We do not work with everyone. We do not scale this model. But if the timing is right and the work is serious, we are built for it.
