If your situation looks like a fit, we’ll schedule a no-pressure call to learn more. This isn’t a free consult. It’s a strategic conversation to determine if we’re aligned.

3. Legal Review + Strategy Session
If we decide to work together, we’ll begin with a $7,500 flat-fee review. This includes a deep dive into your legal posture, deal structures, risks, and goals. It’s not a formality,it’s the foundation for everything that follows.

4. Availability Retainer Plus
Ongoing work is handled under a custom Availability Retainer Plus. The fee is determined based on revenue, complexity, and exposure. Typical ranges run from $5,000 to $50,000 per month. This covers strategic counsel, embedded legal work, and execution support. It does not include third-party expenses, specialist counsel, or any success-based fees on transactions. If we’re in the trenches helping you close a deal, those performance-based fees will be scoped separately.
