Our initial call is time that he was donating and that call alone offered great value. As a small business owner, I can't say how much I appreciate how honest he was in his advice, even if that advice did not involve billable work for Ben and his team. He was upfront about what their areas of expertise were, and what areas they don't commonly work in, as well as cost of services, helping me to make the best decision for my project and small business.
